Time for Adjustments

Your order has been successfully received in our system. Over the next hour, you can still send us any change requests – for example, if you want to adjust a name or size. After that, our automated production process starts immediately so you can get your custom design as soon as possible. Please note that later change requests can usually no longer be considered – except for address updates.

Your Order Status: “Confirmed”

Design Check & Graphic Editing

Your order has successfully passed our initial design check and is now being processed by our graphic team. Our goal: your design should look exactly like it does in the 3D configurator. To ensure that, our designers carefully review your files, optimise logos, adjust colours, and correct small imperfections – always in coordination with you if anything needs clarification. Please keep an eye on your emails during this stage in case we have any follow-up questions.

Your Order Status: “In Progress”

Start of Physical Production

All details are finalised and our graphic team has completed every step to bring your design to life. Your order now moves seamlessly into our production line. This stage includes several manufacturing steps and may therefore take a bit more time to complete.

Transfer Films Created

Your design has now been printed onto special transfer paper – the template for your final product. These transfer films form the foundation for the next step, where the colours are infused directly into the fabric.

Your Order Status: “Sublimated”

The Heart of Our Products

Your design is now just one step away from becoming a true original – all fabric panels are fully coloured and ready for stitching. During the sublimation process, the printed transfer films are placed over the fabric pieces and exposed to high heat and pressure. The colour pigments vaporise and bond directly with the polyester fibres – not just on the surface, but deep within the fabric. The result: vibrant, long-lasting colours that won’t fade or peel, even after countless washes. Your kit remains breathable, flexible, and looks exactly as you designed it in the configurator.

A Fair Product Made Under Fair Conditions

Ever wondered why almost all our sportswear has visible seams? You’ve ordered a three-dimensional product, but the printing process can only be done in two dimensions. That’s why every fabric panel is first sublimated flat before being stitched together. After sublimation, all parts are carefully assembled by our skilled European seamstresses. The result: not a mass-produced item, but your individually crafted piece – made with care, precision, and a truly unique look.

The Final Stretch

Your order has cleared the final stage and is ready to be handed over to our shipping partner. Before it sets off on its journey to you, we inspect every detail with a trained eye. Are the colours accurate? Are the seams perfect? Does every piece fit together flawlessly? Only when everything meets our quality standards 100% do we release your product. It’s then carefully packed – ready to bring a smile to your face when you open your parcel.
