Some items (e.g., cycling jerseys) run smaller than your everyday garments. Therefore, please do not necessarily rely on your usual size. We recommend that you make use of our sample service. You will only have to pay the return shipping costs, making this the best way to find out which sizes you need. Each product also includes a size chart under the product details with exact measurements in centimetres.

Most of our products are also available for kids. You can find them in the product overview of each respective sport or grouped together here. When placing your order, you can choose sizes according to age (6 years, 8 years etc.). If you wish to know the corresponding sizes, you can either look them up in the size chart on the product detail page or simply check here:

Yes, you can! As we don't offer returns on our items due to personalisation, it's important that you determine the correct size beforehand. The easiest way to do this is with our sample service, where you only have to pay for return shipping. All samples come fully printed, so you can assess our product and print quality at the same time.
We currently offer sample shipping to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Shipping to other countries in the EU is possible upon request, but you will have to be prepared for higher costs for return shipping. Please email us to enquire about this.
You will have 14 days to try out our sample sets. We then ask that you please send them back to our Cologne office at the following address:

Since we offer scaled pricing, all our customers can benefit from attractive discounts with complete transparency. The product detail page of your selected item features a calculator that displays the correct price for the exact quantity you wish to order. Please note: The price shown is only valid for the selected item and design. If you make any changes, such as adjusting the design or selecting a different version (e.g. for women instead of men), the calculation for scaled pricing will start again from scratch for that new item.

All our products are made to order. This helps us to avoid overproduction and having to shred surplus items. However, this also means that we have to manually set up our production line again for each product ordered, which leads to other costs. As soon as you order multiple units of the same item, we can spread out the costs incurred, thereby offering you lower prices for each additional item ordered. Offering scaled pricing allows us to pass these savings on to you with complete transparence. 
Not at all! We're not only able to offer you transparency regarding costs with our scaled pricing model, but you also don't have to worry about any hidden costs. No matter how many logos, names, or numbers you add to your design, the price remains the same.
All you have to do is open the finished design in the configurator and then click on the "+ Add product" button at the bottom left. There, you'll be able to select the new product and confirm the request to transfer the design. It will be transferred over automatically, only requiring you to fine-tune the logo size and placement.
Please note: This only works for products of the same sport. For example, you cannot transfer the design of a handball jersey onto a basketball jersey.

To do this, you have to use the "Name" function when creating the design to insert a placeholder that will be displayed on the product as either PLAYER NAME, RIDER NAME or RUNNER NAME. Later on in the order process, you can indicate which size belongs to which name or number. If you include the placeholder more than once, the same name will be printed more than once. In principle, you can place the player name anywhere. Our default placements can help serve as a guide. You can test how the names and numbers will look using the preview function as soon as you have inserted a placeholder. This will also allow you to test out different fonts and any special characters.

Yes, initials work like player names and you will also find them under "Name". However, initials are limited to four characters. You can also place them multiple times, but the same initials will always be used. You can display them for each player via the preview.
If you would like to add a personalised nickname in addition to a player name, for example, then this is not possible in the configurator. You will have to order a bespoke design in order to do so. However, you can add initials in addition to the player's name to further customise your jersey.
You have the option of choosing from one-digit up to four-digit numbers for the back of your shirt. Additionally, it is also possible to place punctuation marks or letters, which is particularly relevant for coaches. Currently, however, it is not possible for the first digit to be a zero. If you wish to do so, please reply to our order confirmation immediately after placing the order and communicate the change request, e.g. "Please change the player number from 7 to 007".
Our configurator accepts almost all graphic formats (.eps, .es, .pdf, .ai, .svg, .png, .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tiff). If you experience any display problems in the configurator with an .svg file, please contact us. Please note: The file size should not exceed 10 MB.
You can use our default placements to help. In addition, our guidelines and rulers will help you with vertical and horizontal alignment. To ensure your logos will be the same size on two different products (e.g. home and away jersey), you can scale them to the same size (height or width) in the configurator. If you want the same logo on both sleeves or on both legs, for example, you can simply mirror it..

Each logo you add to the configurator will be placed on a different layer. This allows you to then choose which layers you want to bring to the front, and which you want to send to the back – a function that you will probably be familiar with from various computer programmes such as Microsoft Office.

Our printing process works with coated Pantone colours. If you send us a Pantone C colour code, we will be happy to make the changes for you. To do this, please reply to our email order confirmation immediately after placing your order and communicate your change request. Please note: We unfortunately cannot accommodate requests made for web colours (RBG, Hex, etc.) or colour codes other than Pantone C.
Yes, we will be happy to help you with this, as long as it is a minor change that can easily be implemented. Please send an email to info@spized.de with a sketch attached before placing your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an estimate of the time involved and feasibility of your changes.
Please note: The changes will extend the delivery time of your products by a few days, depending on the effort involved. If you are not interested in minor changes but rather in the creation of a fully bespoke design, you will find further information in the 'Help & Contact' tab under 'Bespoke design
For the best result, we need the best possible print files. That's why we review them before production and contact you if there are any problems with the resolution, for example. If you would like to make minor changes, such as removing a background or having the logo changed to a different colour, but can't edit it yourself, that's no problem. We will be happy to make these small adjustments for you. Simply reply to the order confirmation after the payment process is complete and explain your request in a short email.
Please note: This must be done immediately after the order, otherwise the order will be processed without your input. Your changes may also affect the delivery time.
Round off your team's look with a stylish away kit! To begin designing one for your team, simply copy your home kit design in your drafts by clicking on the duplicate button. All you have to do then is to adjust the colours. All the logos, player names, etc. will already be in the right place.
Immediately after your order is processed, we will send you the estimated delivery date, which may be affected due to public holidays, shipping delays, additional design adjustments etc.
With a delivery time of 12 working days, we are one of the fastest suppliers on the market and are working hard to optimise our shipping times even further. However, we do not currently offer express shipping options.
Once you begin working on your design, it is important that you also create an account to save the finished design. As soon as the design is ready, you can add it to your cart and complete the order process. Once you have ordered the product, you can always re-order it – regardless of the order quantity, we will always offer you the same price as your first order!
No! We believe in the magic of individualized sports articles and therefore want to make them available to all athletes - even if they only need one copy. However, as a group or team, you can benefit from our attractive graduated prices if you purchase a larger quantity.
We currently ship our products within the EU, to Switzerland and to the UK. We are working hard to offer shipping to even more countries in the future. You can find everything about shipping costs here.
We offer common payment methods such as PayPal, credit card and Google/Apple Pay, so you should have no problems with payment. A few hours after placing your order, you will receive an invoice from us by email, which you can then use to complete payment if you chose to pay via bank transfer. Please note: Since all our products are custom-made and we are unable to offer any returns, we only start production after receipt of payment.
Since all our products are made-to-order exclusively for you, we only start production after payment is received and therefore do not offer the option to purchase on account. Exemptions can be made for companies with a valid VAT ID in the EU and for clubs. Please contact us before submitting an order.
Once the order has been processed and approved by us, unfortunately no more changes are possible, as production on the order will have started immediately.
To simplify this process for you, we offer digital team lists. As soon as your design is ready, you can simply assign the order to a list and save yourself unnecessary work. The team lists are also saved in your account and can be shared, e.g. via a link, so that the team members can fill them out themselves. The team lists will be saved in your customer account and can also be used for further orders.
Unlike other sporting goods manufacturers, we don't sell items that can be returned and resold. Since spized products are custom-made based on your design, we are therefore unable to offer the option of returning your items.
All our products are created using sublimation printing. With sublimation printing, every design component (colours, numbers, motifs, etc.) is vaporised into the fabric using a special heat transfer process. Sublimation printing is therefore one of the highest quality printing processes currently available. Since cotton would burn under the heat used, we only use high-quality functional fibres for our sportswear items. In this way, we can guarantee that our products meet all our customer requirements.
In addition to offering razor-sharp print quality and being suited for a variety of designs, sublimation printing is superior to traditional printing for a number of reasons, such as:
  • 100% breathability and comfort, as the printed design is integrated into the fibres of the item.
  • 100% colour fastness even after hundreds of wash cycles.
  • Durability, as the print will not crack or break.
With other textile printing methods, such as transfer printing, the colours are only printed onto the fabric, whereas with sublimation printing, the colours become part of the fibres themselves. This ensures that the print does not fade, wrinkle, crack or break, making all our items easier to care for. Products printed using this process are more durable, meaning your sportswear is made to last.
No, but rather the complete opposite. Since the high-quality functional fibres maintain breathability even after the addition of a printed design, unlike with traditional transfer printing, the fabric will help to wick away sweat and keep you cool and dry.
Nothing! All numbers, names, lettering and graphics are included in the price. Add as many sponsors or motifs to your design as you want! Clubs and teams with multiple sponsors will therefore be able to benefit immensely from our pricing structure. It means you can arrange smaller sponsorships to help finance your jerseys and integrate their logos in your design at no additional cost.
High-quality products are very important to us! That's why we pay close attention to the quality of our materials and source them exclusively from Italy and Switzerland. In addition, we rely on a European company for production, with a decades-long reputation for producing high-quality sporting goods.
Sustainability is extremely important to us as a company, which is why we produce exclusively within the EU. We also offer the first products made from recycled PET. The running products are already integrated in our shop. Handball, cycling and football are available on request. We will successively expand this range depending on customer demand.
