We are an eCommerce start-up from Cologne and have developed a platform on which athletes can design their own high-quality, customised jerseys with the help of a 3D configurator.
We are now almost 40 sports enthusiasts and motivated people who work every day to move up to the next league with spized.

Requirement profile
- You like to listen to other people and take their concerns seriously
- You have a proven track record of working successfully in direct contact with customers
- You have an eye for detail and a creative streak
- You can inspire our customers from spized! (Optionally, you have knowledge of the sporting goods industry)
- You can easily communicate in German and English - other languages are welcome, especially spanish or dutch
Job description
- You take care of all enquiries from potential customers
- You develop into a product expert and advise our customers before they make a purchase
- You take care of the processing of orders and realise the wishes of our customers
