After receiving the samples, you have 14 days to try them out. Please then return the samples to us with sufficient postage. We do not accept carriage forward returns. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping to Germany.

What do the sample items cost?

The only costs you will incur with this offer are the postage fees for the return shipment. You can choose the shipping company freely. Please keep the tracking information ready in case of any questions.

Can I order multiple items?

Yes, you can order all articles that are interesting for you – in all available sizes and within a single order.

How long does it take for the samples to arrive?

You will usually receive the sample items within 3–5 days after your order. If items are temporarily unavailable due to high demand, there may be occasional delays. In such cases, a member of our team will contact you.

Can you send me a sample jersey in my desired colors?

No. With our sample shipping, you will receive randomly selected designs. However, each sample shipment includes a small color carpet so you can see all the colors we offer in the configurator on actual jersey fabric.

Can you send my own design as a sample?

No. With our sample shipping, you will receive randomly selected designs. If you want to see your own design on a jersey before placing a larger order, you would need to order it once at the regular price.

What do I do if the sample service is not available in my country?

You can currently order samples in the following countries: Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, and Italy. We are already working on expanding the sample service in the future. If your country is not yet included, please contact our customer service. Together we will find the best possible alternative solution for you.

What happens if I don’t return the samples?

If we do not receive articles back, we incur additional costs as we cannot serve other customer inquiries and sample items must be reproduced. Therefore, we must claim compensation for damages amounting to the full sales price. The single unit price of the respective product, without considering any volume discounts or tiered prices at the time of the sample order, is decisive for the calculation. To avoid misunderstandings, please always keep your tracking number ready as proof of return.
