Q: How long does it take for the socks to arrive?

Plan for around 2 to 3 weeks, because we only make your socks once you've ordered them. Production starts as soon as your order is paid, so if you pay by bank transfer, it's worth settling the invoice right away. You'll see an estimated delivery date before you complete your order. This date is a calculation, not yet a firm commitment. You'll receive the final date in the third email after you place your order. So if you need the socks by a fixed date, for example as a gift or for a tournament, allow enough buffer time from the start. To the order process

Q: What sock size do I need?

With the sports socks, the size depends on your shoe size: S fits US shoe sizes 5 to 8, M fits 9 to 12 and L fits 13 to 15. So unlike with a jersey, you don't need a clothing size. If you're ordering for your whole team, you enter the right size for each person in the cart.

Q: How much do socks with your own design cost?

Q: Can I design the socks to match our jerseys?

Yes, because socks and jerseys use the same color palette in the configurator, with the same color names. So you pick the same palette colors for the socks as for your jersey and upload the same logo. The socks come with their own design templates, which you fill with these colors. If your club color isn't in the palette, give us its Pantone C value, just like for the jersey. Design your socks now

Q: What are the socks made of?

The Unisex sports socks are made of 97% polyester and 3% spandex. The spandex makes them flexible and gives them support, and the fibers wick moisture away so your feet stay dry even during intense training.

Q: Can I exchange the socks if the size doesn't fit?

No, there is no right of withdrawal for socks in your own design, because we only make them after you order and to your specifications. Finding the right size for the sports socks is quick, though, because it depends only on the shoe size. If you're giving socks as a gift, ask for the shoe size beforehand.

Can I get socks printed with my own logo?

Yes, you upload your club or company logo in the configurator and place it directly on the socks, alongside sponsor logos if you like. Just don't place logos over a seam, because we can't guarantee a continuous print there. Also avoid trademarked logos from the sports market, but your own crest or company logo is no problem at all. Does it get cheaper if I order socks and jerseys together?

No, the regular quantity discount applies per product and design, so socks and jerseys are counted separately. If you order 15 identical jerseys and 15 pairs of socks, you get the price tier for 10 to 19 pieces for both, not the one for 30 pieces. The sports socks are a unisex model, so all of your team's socks in the same design count together, whether they're worn by women or men.

Can I design ice hockey socks or soccer socks too?

Yes, for ice hockey: the Dive ice hockey socks come in sizes XS to L, and for soccer, handball and all other sports we offer the Unisex sports socks. We don't currently have dedicated soccer socks in our range. The front length of the ice hockey socks is 24.4 inches in XS/S and 28.3 inches in M/L, and elasticated cuffs keep them securely in place even in hectic game situations. To the Dive ice hockey socks

Do the socks come in kids' sizes?

No, the socks don't come in dedicated kids' sizes. The smallest size, S, is made for US shoe sizes 5 to 8. So for children's feet below shoe size 5 we don't have a sock size that fits. From shoe size 5 up, youth players wear the same sports socks as the first team, in the same design. At the top end, the size chart stops at shoe size 15.
