Design Your Own Jersey FAQ
Yes, even a single jersey is possible, there's no minimum order quantity. The only exception is winter sports jackets, which are available from five pieces. If you reorder individually later, the bulk price from your first order still applies, even to a single item.
No, there's no test print of your own design. Instead, the free sample set gives you randomly selected jersey designs to touch and try on, plus a colour swatch card showing every colour we offer in the configurator on real fabric. That way, you can check the material, fit, and colours in advance. Once it arrives, you have 14 days, after that you send the samples back and only pay the return postage.
No, every print is included in the price. Names, numbers, text, and logos are included, no matter how many, when you design your own jersey. You can add multiple sponsors to your jersey without the price going up, because we don't charge per print element, only the item price.
The biggest price drops happen at 5 and 10 pieces. After that, the unit price keeps falling in steps: at 20, 35, 50, and from 100 pieces. The volume pricing table on each product page shows exactly what that means for your product. So it pays off to order once for the whole team instead of several times separately.
That depends on the product, quantity, and design, so there's no fixed price for a set. The volume pricing table on each product page calculates your desired quantity instantly, with all print costs already included. For a complete set with several products, you put together your own quote in the Quote Calculator: enter the items and quantities, add your email address, and you'll receive the quote by email.
No, not automatically. The bulk discount applies per product and design. Women's and men's jerseys are cut differently. For mixed teams, there's the Club Deal: from 100 items in total, every product gets the price of the 20-piece tier, no matter which product or design, guaranteed for two years with no contract. Our customer service puts together a specific Club Deal offer for you, while you can get a regular quote yourself in the Quote Calculator.
Through the team list feature. Instead of typing in every size one by one, you collect names, numbers, and sizes for the whole team in one list. You can create it yourself or upload our template, and if any details are still missing, you send the link with a deadline to individual members. That replaces the paperwork and keeps the data together for later reorders, too.
A vector file is best, so eps, pdf, ai, or svg, because it stays sharp at any size. Pixel formats like png, jpg, gif, or tiff also work, up to a maximum of 10 MB.
Yes, you add any name and any number you want straight in the configurator. A number can be up to four characters, including a leading zero like 0 or 07, and letters or special characters work just as well as digits. That way, every member gets exactly their own name and number, and every custom jersey becomes one of a kind.
Yes, the 3D preview shows your design true to scale, and before printing, a graphic designer from our team checks every order personally. If we notice anything, we get in touch with you before production starts. The configurator doesn't display special Pantone colours, though. If a sponsor or logo colour needs to be exact, it's better to ask us once too often, we'll clarify the shade with you beforehand.
Send us the exact Pantone C value of your club colour, and we can produce that exact shade. Web or screen colours aren't accurate enough for printing. The time window matters: you have one hour after completing your order to submit the value through the link in your confirmation email. After that, the order moves into a fixed production slot and we can no longer change it. The configurator doesn't display special colours, so when in doubt, it's better to ask us once too often.
