This is spized

We believe in a sports world where every team writes and wears its own story. Customised sportswear should become the standard – not only in professional sports, but for everyone who lives their passion in amateur sports.

On our way to becoming the leading platform for personalised team outfits, we are looking for passionate talents who want to make this vision a reality with us. You can expect a dynamic environment, a motivated team, and the freedom to contribute your individuality and creativity actively.

What the team says

"The team gave me a great welcome right from the start and I felt integrated straight away. Now we have almost become like a little family. You have many different tasks and it never gets boring."

"I was attracted by the challenge of helping to build up a new company in a market that is only just developing. You are often challenged to find the perfect answers to challenges yourself. Doing this in a young, motivated team is extremely fun day after day!"

"The working atmosphere here is just super pleasant. The team is super relaxed and everyone is on the same wavelength. It's easy to communicate openly and honestly with each other and to talk about everything. You work hand in hand and feel comfortable."

"At spized, you have the opportunity to contribute your ideas every day and implement them immediately. The whole team is motivated and everyone works together as equals. And there's no shortage of fun - it's just so much fun."

What is your philosophy on mobile working?

We believe that it is important for a successful team to spend time together while working or after work. That's why we want to establish the spized base in Cologne. But every employee always has the possibility to work flexibly outside of Cologne.

Where do I send my documents

Please apply for each position with your CV, references and an innovative cover letter describing what motivates you to work for spized and how you can strengthen our team to: transfermarkt@spized.de

Where is the spized-Headquarter?

In Cologne.

Do I need to have completed a degree?

No. A university degree is not a must with us. With us, it's your skills that count, not what degree you have.
