Spized unterstützt Mini-WM mit einzigartigen Trikots
Each of the 64 participating teams - including 32 girls' and 32 mixed
teams - will represent a country allocated in the draw and will compete in a specially
national jersey. With the help of the spized 3D configurator, the teams were able to
design their outfits individually - entirely in the colours and patterns of their
colours and patterns of their country. ‘When you look into the eyes of the children when they run out in their jerseys
jerseys or celebrate a goal, you realise how much it means to them,’ says Ansgar
Pfeifenbring, Head of Sales at spized. ‘That's exactly where we want to start - to
and promote a sense of community in youth handball.’
Vom Pilotprojekt zum Großereignis
What began as a pilot project in 2023 has now established itself as a fixed highlight in the Westphalian youth calendar. The doubling of the number of participants compared to the first edition shows the success of the concept. The clear separation into mixed and girls' competitions is also a strong sign of equality and diversity.
The preliminary rounds took place on 10 and 11 May at eight locations throughout Westphalia. In the subsequent main round on 24 and 25 May, the best teams battled it out for a place in the final round. The finalists have now been determined and will play for the title on 14 June in Minden:
Girls' final round:
SG Menden Sauerland Wölfe (North Macedonia)
TuS Jahn Dellwig (Germany)
JSG Hesselteich-Loxten (Chile)
SuS Stadtlohn (USA)
Mixed final round:
HCE Bad Oeynhausen (Czech Republic)
VfL Herford (Germany)
TuS Eintracht Overberge (USA)
TuS Borussia Höchsten (Brazil)
