Order process & delivery

With spized, you can enjoy consistently fast delivery times all year round.

1. Choose a sport & product

Not sure where to start? Head to the Sports tab and choose your favourite sport before selecting an item from our product overview.

2. Product information

After selecting a product, you will find the most important information in the product overview, such as its quantity price scaling, a product description, size guide and delivery times. Not sure which size to order? Request your free sample set here.

3. Choose your design

Now the fun part begins: After clicking the "Customise" button, you will be taken to our 3D configurator. You can then start working your way through the following sections to edit your design: 

  • Designs/Best customer designs
  • Colours
  • Patterns
  • Numbers/Names/Initials
  • Text
  • Logos/Graphics

4. Add to cart and complete your order

After adding your design to your cart, you can manually enter the individual sizes, numbers/names/initials and quantity you would like to order. The preview of your design in the 3D configurator will only include placeholders of these elements. If there is no column to fill out numbers/names/initials in the order summary, you will have to go back into the configurator and make sure that you have added these elements to your design.

5. Checkout

Before you complete your order, you will be shown an overview of your selected products. Select a payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay/Google Pay) and check that your billing/delivery address is correct. Tick the box agreeing to the terms and conditions and place your order by clicking the "Order now" button.

Note: We will not start production until the order has been paid for. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you should pay the invoice as soon as possible so that you can benefit from our fast delivery times.

6. Design reviewed by spized

After receiving your order, our graphics department will check over your designs, ensuring a worry-free process for you. If there are any problems, our customer service team will contact you. If there are no complaints from our side, we will send you an order confirmation.

7. Production and delivery time

After we have confirmed your order and received your payment, we will start production. You will be kept informed about the status of your order as it progresses. Once production is complete, we will send your order to you. You will receive a tracking code from us by email and in your customer account. The estimated delivery time depends on the products ordered and will be communicated to you before you complete your order, as well as by email.

8. Shipping method & costs

We currently ship our products via UPS within the EU, as well as to Great Britain and Switzerland. Sample orders are only possible for customers in Germany, Austria, Italy and the Netherlands.
