How do we ship

All of our shipments are handled by our shipping service provider UPS. 

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is made exclusively to buyer addresses within the EU as well as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The sample service is available to customers from the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight or the number of products in the shopping cart:

Within Germany:

• Up to 9 items: 4,90 EUR*
• Up to 49 items: 8,00 EUR*
• Up to 98 items: 16,00 EUR*
• from 99 items: 20,00 EUR*

Others:

• Up to 9 items: 9,90 EUR*
• Up to 49 items: 20,00 EUR*
• Up to 98 items: 40,00 EUR*
• from 99 items: 60,00 EUR*

* Prices include VAT

How long is the production and delivery time?

Production and delivery times vary depending on the quantity, product, and design. The estimated delivery date for your order will be displayed as soon as you add your product(s) to the shopping cart in your customer account.
